FINDING YOUR YOGA 2,5 hours
Are you enjoying going to Yoga classes but feel unsure if you found the style that fully resonates with you? In this workshop we will explore which yoga styles entail what kind of movement and learn to adjust the different practices to our personal needs (health, age, cultural background). When we learn the tools to adapt any yoga class to our unique body we are set up for a highly beneficial and safe way of practice.

Workshop structure:
- 1,5 hour of theory, tools and discussion
- 1 hour guided Yoga class (integrating the theory)
BREATH BASED MOVEMENT 2,5 hours
Ever wondered why Yoga makes you feel different then regular exercise? Do you feel rejuvenated after a Yoga class and are eager to learn why that is and how we can feel the same after any kind of physical movement? Come and explore the power and secrets of the yogic breath! We will discuss the 5 breath principles as thought by Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, the father of modern day Yoga. Workshop structure:- 1,5 hour of theory and exploration/discussion
- 1 hour of guided breath based Yoga (integrating the theory)
