Class Descriptions
Hatha & Meditation 60 min
Classical form of Yoga balancing strength and flexibility, inhale and exhale, our masculine and feminine side. Poses are held for at least 5 breath followed by a guided meditation.All levels
Tantric Hatha Yoga 60 min
This practice focusses on the subtle energies that can be felt within the body. The more you internalise in the physical practice, the more you can feel all subtle sensations within. Learn to embody and direct all your potential energy that lies within!All leves
Morning Meditation 20 min
Practicing meditation reduces stress and anxiety and gives you clarity of mind. It helps increasing your level of concentration throughout the day and most importantly, it allows you to deeply connect to yourself.
In this class I will guide you through a 20 minute meditation – using different techniques form different (spiritual) traditions each week!

Calming Breathwork & Meditation 30 min
The practice of a calming breathing technique followed by (guided) meditation is the perfect way to unwind from your day and prepare for deep and restful sleep! 10 min of calming breathwork, 20 min of (guided) meditation

Pregnancy Yoga 60 min
60 minutes of specific asanas (poses) for pregnancy, breathing exercises to prepare for labour and guided relaxation to promote a deep state of rest for rejuvenation.

Yin Yoga 60 min
Slow and meditative practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes each, supported by pillows and blankets. In this practice we work on the connective tissue between/surrounding the muscles, and the fascia throughout the whole body.All levels
Private Classes & Retreats
In a private class we look together at any questions you have about the practice of Yoga and/or philosophy. Together we tailor the class to your needs and ensure that you get the right practice for your body(type), age, health & cultural background.
It is also possible to create a personal practice plan together. If you are interested in beginning your own self practice but you don’t know where to start or what practices are suitable for you, I can guide you in becoming a confident Yoga practitioner.
