About
My name is Arlene and I am passionate yogini from the Netherlands. I have been practicing Yoga for over a decade while exploring different lineages with the curiosity to find a practice that felt natural and right for me – and gain understanding how to guide students to find the right practice for them. After falling in love with all aspects of Yoga, I couldn’t help but want to share the practice and I have been teaching full time since 2016.
As a mom I developed a passion for teaching Pre- and Postnatal Yoga. The Pregnancy classes nurture, support and inform the mother to feel connected and grounded during this transformational time. I feel a strong calling to share the truth and joy that these teachings brought me and that is why I love sharing! Over the last years I have been taking every opportunity to learn, study, practice and share the science of Yoga & Ayurveda and I am dedicated to keep on sharing this profound knowledge.
