ONLINE CLASS PACKAGES
The “Online Class Packages” entitle the holder to an unlimited number of online yoga classes during the term of the membership. All online classes can be viewed live via Zoom when logged into your personal account on yourpractice.yoga.
The minimum Membership term for the “Free Trial” or “One Week Unlimited” is one (1) week. After the first (free) week, the online membership is converted into a continuing agreement for an indefinite period.
After the minimum term of one (1) week, a student’s online membership may be canceled every week. The membership must be stopped prior to the renewal date in order to end the membership fee. Cancellation of an Online Class Package must be processed by the holder through their personal account on the website. Yourpractice.yoga will not reimburse the member for the remainder of any paid subscription period, nor will reimbursements be made for membership cancellations prior to any renewal date.
The chosen Online Class Package starts on the day the first payment is made by Paypal, IDEAL, or Creditcard. The next weekly cycles will be paid by direct debit, until termination.
In the event of prolonged illness or an injury, the student may terminate the membership early. A request for early termination must be submitted to Your Practice.Yoga in writing and must be accompanied by a medical certificate. This request may be sent by email to info@yourpractice.yoga.
RESERVATIONS FOR YOGA CLASSES
It is not needed to reserve a spot in your chosen online class. Simply log into your account, pick your class of choice and start practicing.
Please log in 5 minutes prior to the class start time, and make sure to have your practice space set up so all classes can start in time.
If you wish to book a private session, or set up a personalised training schedule, please sent an inquiry to info@yourpractice.yoga.
SCHEDULE
The current schedule is mentioned on the website. Your Practice.Yoga reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. If possible, any changes are announced in advance, mentioning them on the website or sent by email to the students.
Your Practice.Yoga reserves the right to cancel a yoga class that has been scheduled in the event of an accident, including the illness of the teacher. In this case there will be no refund of any membership fee
Your Practice.Yoga is nearly always up and running but reserves the right to close on public holidays or on other days.
LIABILITY
Your Practice.Yoga works exclusively with certified yoga teachers and always ensures high-quality yoga classes. Even so, a Student always runs the risk of receiving an injury during a yoga class. By participating in a yoga class at Your Practice.Yoga, the student accepts this risk of an injury.
Your Practice.Yoga provides the following guidelines for reducing the risk of an injury:
- If you have an injury or any other physical inconvenience, always inform your yoga teacher about this before starting the yoga class
- Always consult a doctor before starting yoga classes if you are not sure that you are completely healthy or if you are pregnant
- Listen to and follow the instructions of the class instructor
- Perform the yoga Asanas carefully and keep your physical limitations in mind, don’t move beyond your own breath capacity
- Don’t push yourself into any yoga exercises that feel uncomfortable or even painful
- Avoid inverted poses during menstruation
PERSONAL DATA
Your Practice.Yoga collects personal data of our students to update its membership records, to execute payment orders and for administration and information purposes. Your Practice.Yoga handles this collection of personal data with care and complies with the provisions of the Dutch Data Protection Act.
Your Practice.Yoga uses the personal data to inform the students about activities and any changes in the schedule etc. If the student or does not want to receive emails from Your Practice.Yoga, he or she may communicate this to Your Practice.Yoga by sending an e-mail to info@yourpractice.yoga.
Your Practice.Yoga never gives any personal data of the students to third parties without their prior written consent.
